2023NT Disability Inclusion AwardsAbout us
Local roots. Support shaped around real lives.
Endless Possibilities NT is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider based in Darwin. We support people with disability — and the families who love them — to live life their way, across the Top End.

Our story
Why EPNT began.
EPNT began with a simple frustration: too many Territorians were being fitted into services, instead of services fitting around them. Endless Possibilities NT was founded to do it differently — support that starts with the person, their family and their goals.
Today our team supports participants across the Darwin region — from daily routines at home, to getting out into community, to finding the right place to live. We're proudly local: we know the wet season, the markets, the footy, and the value of showing up when we say we will.
We're a registered NDIS provider — meeting the NDIS Practice Standards for quality and safety.
Person-led support
What person-led support looks like, day to day.
It's not a slogan — it's how ordinary Tuesdays work around here:
You choose your times.
Early riser or slow starter — rosters are built around your routine, not ours.
You know who's coming.
A small, consistent team you recognise at the door — matched to you, not just to a shift.
Your goals set the agenda.
Cooking a meal, catching the bus, joining a local comp — we work on what matters to you.
Families stay in the loop.
We check in regularly, and you can change anything — workers, times, approach.
Good support begins with listening - and grows through trust, choice and consistency.
The EPNT approach
Accountable & hands-on
Managed responsibly, close to the ground.
Leadership that stays hands-on
Our leadership team is hands-on in day-to-day support — out in homes and in the community, knowing participants and families by name, and staying accountable for the quality of every shift. Decisions are made locally, by people who live here and answer to this community.
Screened, trained workers
All EPNT support workers hold current NDIS worker screening clearances and complete induction and ongoing training. We match workers carefully and check in often, so support stays safe, respectful and consistent.
Your voice
Shaped by the people we support.
Support is never set-and-forget. We check in regularly with participants and families — informal yarns, planned reviews and honest conversations about what's working and what isn't. What you tell us changes rosters, worker matches and the way we plan.
Complaints, feedback and safeguarding
You have the right to give feedback, to complain, and to feel safe — always. If something isn't right, tell any EPNT worker, call 0431 044 443 or email admin@epnt.com.au. We take every concern seriously, handle it fairly, and keep you informed while we do.

Recognised for support that starts with the person.
Every one of these belongs to our participants, families and team — proof that when support starts with the person, people notice.
