What happens next

Three easy steps.

  1. Say hello

Call, email or use our online form. Tell us a little about yourself or your family member — we'll take it from there.

  2. We listen and plan together

We meet wherever suits you and talk about goals, worries and what good support looks like. Bring your NDIS plan if you have one.

  3. Support begins, your way

A consistent team starts at times that suit you — and we keep checking in to make sure it's working.

The NDIS bit

Your plan, in plain English.

However your plan is managed, you can choose EPNT. Here's the 60-second version:

Self-managed

You manage your funding and pay providers directly. We keep invoicing simple.

Plan-managed

A plan manager handles the money. We work with them so you don't have to chase paperwork.

NDIA-managed

The NDIA pays providers directly. As a registered provider, we can support you.

No NDIS plan yet, or not sure what you're eligible for? Call anyway — we'll point you in the right direction, obligation-free.

Interpreters & relay services

We can arrange an interpreter when we talk. You can also contact us through the National Relay Service if you are d/Deaf, hard of hearing, or have speech difficulty.

Your rights

You're in charge.

You always have the right to give feedback, to complain, and to choose — or change — your providers. You can change providers at any time - we will help make the change smooth and respectful.

Honest answers

What families usually ask us.

Anything else on your mind? Call 0431 044 443 — a real person answers.

  • A small, consistent team you meet before anything starts. No revolving door of strangers — we match workers to personalities, not just rosters.

  • Always. We encourage it. Come for a look, meet the team, ask the awkward questions.

  • Tell us and we'll fix it — change workers, change times, change approach. You're never locked in to something that isn't right.

  • However you prefer — calls, texts, emails, regular catch-ups. You set the communication rhythm.

  • Talk to us about what's needed. We'll be honest about whether we're the right fit — and help you find someone if we're not.

  • Our office is in Winnellie and our homes are in Lyons, Nakara, Muirhead and Palmerston. We support participants across the wider Darwin region.

Shared with consent

Every photo on this site is our community.

The photos across this website come from our participants and families, shared with full consent — because the real EPNT is better than any stock photo. Taking part is always optional, consent can be withdrawn at any time, and we'll always ask before anyone's photo is taken or shared.
