How Endless Possibilities NT collects, uses, protects and shares personal information.

Endless Possibilities NT (EPNT), ABN 15 642 703 259, of 17/41 Seagroves Crescent, Winnellie NT 0820, is committed to protecting your privacy. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and our obligations as a registered NDIS provider, including the NDIS Code of Conduct.

This policy covers this website. Detailed information handling for participants receiving services is covered in your service agreement and our participant privacy documents.

What we collect through this website

When you submit an enquiry, referral, call request, availability check, feedback or job application, we collect only the initial information the form asks for — typically your name, contact details, the service you are interested in, general location, and a short summary you choose to provide. We deliberately do not ask for full NDIS plans, clinical records, identification documents or financial information through public forms. If more detail is genuinely needed, our intake team collects it later through a controlled process.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry or referral, assess whether our services suit your needs, manage intake, improve our services, and meet our legal and NDIS obligations. We will only use your information to send you marketing if you separately agree to that, and you can opt out at any time.

Where your information goes

Form submissions are stored securely on our server located in Australia. To manage enquiries, submission details are also recorded in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot), whose servers may be located overseas, including in the United States, and may be emailed to our intake team. We take reasonable steps to ensure any overseas recipient handles your information consistently with the APPs. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where you consent, where it is needed to deliver services you have asked about, or where the law requires it.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Submissions are stored on an access-controlled server in Australia, protected by a firewall, security monitoring and automatic security updates, with access limited to authorised EPNT personnel. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid including sensitive details in free-text fields — our team will ask for what is needed through safer channels.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and meet our legal and NDIS record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting admin@epnt.com.au or 08 8945 3697. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992. NDIS-related concerns can also be raised with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
