What services does EPNT provide?

EPNT provides SIL, STA, MTA, community access, self-care, day-to-day living, day-to-day tasks, employment support and support coordination.

Do I need to upload my plan?

Not through the public website. If a plan or sensitive document is needed, it should be collected later through a secure intake process.

How do I check availability?

Use the availability form or call the intake team with the service, suburb or postcode, preferred start date and support summary.
