Terms of use

The terms that apply when you use this website.

This website is operated by Endless Possibilities NT (EPNT), ABN 15 642 703 259. By using it you agree to these terms.

Information, not advice

Content on this site is general information about EPNT and our services. It is not medical, legal, financial or NDIS planning advice, and it is not a service agreement. Services are provided only under a signed service agreement, subject to suitability and current capacity. Nothing on this site guarantees NDIS funding, plan approval or particular outcomes — funding decisions rest with the NDIA and depend on your plan.

Not an emergency service

Website forms and email are not monitored as emergency channels. If there is immediate danger, call Triple Zero (000). For mental health crisis support in the NT, call the NT Mental Health Line on 1800 682 288 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including submitting false or misleading enquiries, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it to send spam or unlawful material.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and photographs, is owned by or licensed to EPNT and protected by copyright. You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Australian Aboriginal Flag and Torres Strait Islander Flag are displayed with respect; NDIS marks are the property of the National Disability Insurance Agency.

Third-party links

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. EPNT is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EPNT is not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. We may update them from time to time; continued use means you accept the current version. Last reviewed July 2026.
