Responsible data collection
Public forms collect only initial information. Detailed plans, medical histories, identity documents and clinical reports should be collected later only when necessary, using secure controlled processes.
- Clear collection notice at each form.
- Separate marketing consent if newsletters are used.
- Secure transmission and role-based access for submissions.
- No sensitive free-text information in analytics events or URLs.
- Retention and deletion rules for intake records.
